Welcome to our office...
Our office is located in Kennington Park Workspace, just a short walk from Oval tube station and 15 minute walk from Vauxhall mainline station.
It’s a bright, open plan office within a historic building, and has bags of character. It’s set around a pretty courtyard. On site we have our own dining space and kitchen facilities, and shared within the complex there is a cafe, gym, secure bike parking facilities and plenty of outdoor space.

Furry friends
We love pets and we’ve had a dog friendly office for years. We’re situated right next to Kennington Park, so it’s nice and easy to nip out for a lunchtime stretching of the legs.
The recruitment process
We try to keep the steps in the process as short as possible, but depending on the role the process may vary. We are proud of the fact that we use a software to anonymise our CV's at the screening stage. This ensures that your CV is judged purely on your skills and experience and helps to remove any unconscious bias from the screening process.
- Initial screening of CV by People Team & Line Manager.
- First stage interview is often via a video call with the Line Manager.
- Second (and final) interview will be face-to-face in our offices in Oval.
For some roles (e.g. creative or specific technical roles) you may be asked to prepare or do a task relevant to testing your technical skills. In some instances more than two interviews may be required (if for example the role reports into more than one manager, or more stakeholders are involved in the recruitment process).
