Creative Artworker

WHO YOU ARE:
You are a detail-focused creative artworker with a desire to constantly improve brand expression through better design. You will have proven experience artworking across a range of digital, social and print channels, including but not limited to: marketing and PR collaterals, retail assets, OOH, web and email design, social and packaging design. You’re not afraid to share and pitch new ideas or collaborate cross-functionally, and you’ve previously worked in the fashion retail and/or ecommerce industry.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
As a Creative artworker for White Stuff, your main responsibility is the creation and delivery of a range of cross platform digital and print materials adhering to the White Stuff brand guidelines which drive the brand forward. You are an all-rounder, with skills in both print and digital design, able to seamlessly adapt and execute creative concepts across multi channels. You can develop final artwork from initial concepts with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all artwork meets technical specifications for print and digital media.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Following direction from the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be working collaboratively with the multi channel design team to artwork seasonal campaigns across all channels, including print, digital and social execution
Artworking and delivery of print-ready collateral, including in store POS, look book, packaging, PR event assets, OOH etc
Artworking digital assets including emails, paid ads and site deliverables etc. across BAU and campaign
Working with the digital team to update and upkeep standardised templates
Deliver high-quality artwork within agreed deadlines, whilst ensuring accuracy across all content and meeting technical specifications across print and digital media
Uphold visual standards across typography, layout, colour and logo usage
Suggest alternative formats or layouts where appropriate, whilst ensuring continuity across deliverables
Producing presentation material for reviews
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
3-5 years experience in a creative artworker role, ideally within a fashion retail in-house studio or an agency with similar client portfolio
A portfolio that demonstrates both technical proficiency and creative flair across print and digital projects.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, (After Effects and Premiere Pro are a bonus). Working knowledge of Figma also desirable.
Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
Excellent understanding of print and digital production, including colour management.
Excellent communication skills and strong self-initiatives
Ability to work efficiently and understand priorities
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent execution of your work
Bonus point for illustration skills
Video and motion graphic skills are a bonus
