You will be based at home; therefore, a reliable internet connection is required.
The hours will be evening and weekends. This will be 4 days across the full week. Evenings will be 4pm to 8pm and the weekend hours will be 11am to 3pm. A flexible approach is required as you will be scheduled across the full week. The rota will be published in advance.
Initial training will take place remotely during office hours for 1 week, therefore daytime availability is essential during this time.
Who you are:
A White Stuff Customer Services Advisor is passionate about ensuring every customer has the best possible experience when contacting White Stuff.
You will have the following knowledge and experience:
- Experience of communicating with customers effectively via Live Chat and Email.
- The ability to deliver high volume and accurate responses whilst maintaining exceptional quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Cheerful disposition with a flexible and positive approach to work and others.
- To demonstrably promote the White Stuff brand, ethos, and values in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
Primary objective of the job:
- Responsible for providing amazing customer service to our customers via the Email and Live Chat.
