Visual Implementation & Coordination Manager - 12 month FTC

Who you are:

- PowerPoint/ InDesign & Photoshop experience to digitally communicate
- Extremely organised and experience of managing a clear critical path to achieve all deadlines
- A team player who works alongside the Senior Visual merchandising and Store Experience manager to land commercially aesthetically pleasing ranges
- Commercially minded with strong awareness of retail and lifestyle trends

Primary objective of the job:
The Visual Implementation and Coordination Manager works cohesively with the senior VM manager and the Area VM Manager. This role will also have touchpoints with the Product and Retail teams to deliver consistent communications of all visual projects in a timely manner.
At White Stuff, the customer is at the heart of our brand and the Visual Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the critical path to deliver effective and commercial product presentation and visual merchandising standards on time across all categories in line with brand guidelines.
Taking direction from the Senior VM manager, the Visual Implementation Manager will work with the VM team to ensure the product is merchandised commercially, including shops layouts and window displays, to increase shop sales and business turnover whilst effectively communicating these directives to the Business
What you’ll be doing:
Creative
- Demonstrates high level of knowledge and experience in the visual merchandising decisions that impact the business.
- Work closely with the rest of the VM team to ensure that they land a clear and commercial VM proposition from design concept through to landing in shops.
- Delivering the VM proposition in Shops working in collaboration with Buying, Design & Creative & Merchandising
- Ensure a strong commercial approach to VM with an understanding of density, product adjacencies and customer flow in Shops.
Organisation
- Close Management of the VM critical path to manage diaries and communications.
- Handles day to day responsibilities freeing the senior manager to focus on long term planning
- Overall responsibility for producing visual guidelines for shops – to include phase launches, Sale packs, LWS guidelines, special projects.
- Manage Seasonal launch set up/Model Store concepts working in partnership with Retail, Buying & Merchandising.
- Responsible for and works within VM budget.
- Partner with wider departments to ensure successful execution of in-store signage, windows and in-store creative elements to build a customer connection.
People
- Strong Leadership relationships to deliver the expectation on visual standards.
- Work in collaboration with the Area Managers to ensure the Brand’s VM vision is coached and delivered in Shops.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships across business functions to support product presentation and brand initiatives.
Training
- Regular liaison with shops to ensure VM guidelines and standards adhere to the current strategy. To ensure product needs and opportunities are being met
- Provides comprehensive visual training platforms for new and existing managers and in store teams to ensure brands vision is delivered in shops.
- Carries out regular branching visits alongside Head of Retail and Area Managers to highlight challenges and opportunities in store to help shape additional visual guidance required for each fascia.
- Supports instore launches to capture real life product handling which can be communicated alongside seasonal guidelines.
