Senior Stylist
Who we are:
White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s and men’s clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.
Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented and likeminded and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.
Who you are:
We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic In-House Stylist to elevate White Stuff’s styling, bringing a fresh, contemporary edge to our aesthetic. Working as part of our in-house Studio team, you’ll collaborate across multiple channels—e-commerce, brand campaigns, and social content—to create cohesive, trend-aware looks that resonate with our audience. Reporting to the Creative Producer, you’ll play a key role in evolving our styling while staying true to the White Stuff ethos.
What you’ll be doing:
• Elevate Styling: Transform and modernise White Stuff’s styling approach, ensuring it feels fresh, relevant, and contemporary while aligning with our brand identity.
• Cross-Channel Execution: Style shoots and content for e-commerce (product pages, lookbooks), brand campaigns (seasonal launches, advertising), and social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistency and creativity across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and product teams to align styling with campaign goals, product priorities, and customer expectations.
• Studio Team Integration: Work seamlessly within the in-house Studio team, contributing ideas, adapting to feedback, and supporting a collaborative creative process.
• Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing inspiration and innovation to styling concepts that keep White Stuff competitive and engaging.
• Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects with adaptability and quick thinking, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality or vision.
What you’ll need:
A creative stylist with a proven track record of delivering contemporary, on-trend looks.
• Experienced in styling for e-commerce, campaigns, and social content, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and attention to detail.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration and can communicate effectively with marketing, product, and creative colleagues.
• Adaptable and quick-thinking, with the ability to pivot between projects and respond to evolving priorities.
• Passionate about self-improvement, always seeking ways to refine your craft and push creative boundaries.
• Knowledgeable about fashion and lifestyle industry trends, with an eye for what’s next.
Personal traits:
