Spotlight on our growing International Concession Business

The very first White Stuff international Concessions began opening in April 2014 within Germany, followed by us launching into Belgium in August 2016. As we have continued to open further Concessions in both Germany and Belgium our International market and customer base has continued to grow and we are delighted to be able to share our Brand, heritage and product with lots of new customers throughout Europe.


We currently partner with two international department stores each with their own rich history and heritage; Karstadt Department Store in Germany and Galeria INNO Department Store in Belgium. Both of which have operated since the mid-1800’s!

Karstadt has over 100 department stores throughout Germany and our White Stuff Concessions are present in some of their largest locations such as Munich, Hamburg and Berlin. Galeria INNO is Belgium’s largest department store business and currently operates 16 stores across the country.


I joined White Stuff at the time we first started our international expansion in March 2014. Within my role as International Concessions Support Manager I support our Concessions to develop the brand internationally, achieve company targets and deliver company standards as well as the unique White Stuff customer experience.

One of my favourite, and most exciting, things about my role here at White Stuff is working across both Belgium and Germany, meaning I am constantly travelling around these countries. I get the pleasure of working with a whole host of different people and I am very proud to be able to work with the teams that I have in my concessions. Their different backgrounds and cultures all come together to help make our Shops a success.

Our Concession and Shop teams operate as ‘brand ambassadors’ for White Stuff. In each Concession we have a Concession Manager and several Customer Host colleagues.

Our teams are there to ensure that our customers get a unique White Stuff shopping experience each and every time. They also have the exciting task of introducing our Brand, product and British heritage to new international customers for the first time!

Working within one of our Concessions is a great way to develop your skills as a Retailer. We encourage our teams to manage their Concessions as their own, using their commercial acumen to drive results; critically supporting the success of our international growth. As we continue to grow internationally we are able to offer opportunities for our colleagues to grow and develop with us.
