Who you are:

Someone with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You’ll have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A Focused, self-motivated and highly organized individual with an interest in studio photography production. An excellent eye for attention to detail, whilst consistently keeping a commercial perspective in mind. You’ll be confident and comfortable with liaising across all levels and departments within the business.


Primary objective of the job:

Working as part of White Stuff’s Creative team and reporting into the Creative Producer. You will support the external photography studio team and creative assistant by assisting in the management of the sample process, shoot preparation and maintaining the wardrobe space. You will be the go-to person for coordinating all product for shoots; building strong relationships with the wider Brand team as well as Buying, Merch, Production and Design, to ensure all shoot outfit requirements are gathered and that correct product is selected and handed over.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist the Creative Assistant in monitoring, sourcing and organizing all samples for White Stuff’s eCommerce and Creative shoots.
  • Liaise weekly with the buying team to ensure all product available is handed over and marked off the sample tracker, chasing any styles that are due but have not yet been received.
  • Update the studio tracker when product is handed over to ensure Production can work on the shoot schedule.
  • Action ad-hoc call in’s from the DC, for Creative shoots or for styles that are in stock but we haven’t received a sample of.
  • Manage the wardrobe storage, ensuring that all products are in the correct area and that samples no longer needed are returned or sent to sample sale properly.
  • Update the outstanding sample report once a week ahead of the weekly CP meeting, flag when there are launch dates at risk due to outstanding samples.
  • Keep Creative Producer up to date on any sample issues that will affect the studio schedule.
  • General housekeeping and maintenance of the sample tracker, deleting any duplicated lines and adding any styles in where needed.

What you’ll need:

· Good understanding of the Microsoft office suite (Excel in particular)

· A keen interest in ecomm photography production and sample management

· Excellent communication skills

· An interest in processes and how ecomm photography production is managed

· Excellent problem solving skills
