ROLE SUMMARY
You are an experienced Multi-Channel Designer with a desire to constantly improve brand expression through better design; you’ll have a understanding of print 2D and 3D design and you’ll also have a range of offline design experience and work well within a small team. Not afraid to share and pitch new ideas along with collaborating with different team members.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
As a Multi-Channel Designer for White Stuff, your main responsibility is the creation and delivery of a range of cross-platform print and digital work adhering to the White Stuff brand hand writing and pushing the envelope of what can be achieved digitally to drive the brand forward. This can be anything from 2D and 3D visual requirements for the White Stuff brand – to include Windows, POS, Labelling, Web content, Mail shots (direct and email), Look books, Advertising, Presentations, Promotions, Social Posts and any other brand communication as required to deliver the best 360 digital approach.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Supporting the Senior Digital Designer and working within the Design team in allocating BAU and ad hoc design tasks
Produce finished design work for Marketing Department – to include Magalogues, Web content, Direct Mail pieces, Email, Customer invites, POS, Advertisements, social content etc.
Produce finished design work for VM department – to include Window Displays, Sale Packs, POS, In-store graphics, etc.
Produce presentation material for Brand reviews and other ad-hoc presentations
Work closely and design concepts for artwork requests from other departments within Brand or Retail teams.
Following direction from the Senior Designer and working with the broader Creative team to conceptualise seasonal campaigns
Working collaboratively with Developers and Ecom Department to deliver digital output of the highest quality and to brief
Staying on track with emerging digital trends and culture and engaging with the wider digital creative community
Articulating and presenting creative ideas/treatments to teams.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Relevant industry experience with an e-commerce fashion brand or agency that has had similar clients
Strong understanding of both print and online
Ability to work independent and as part of a team.
An exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and highly considered visual executions
Expertise in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Video Editing a bonus)
Proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures
Strong attention to detail
