ROLE SUMMARY

We're currently looking for an Online Trade Executive to join our E-commerce team here at White Stuff. Reporting to the Global Online Commercial Manager you will be primarily responsible for:
Managing the critical path from briefing to go live for site content, acting as the key contact for creative and developer teams.
Supporting the Trade strategy and ensuring plans are executed in keeping with the Trade Calendar.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Manage delivery of all key trade activity including promotions, new season launches and sale after agreement with the Global Online Commercial Manager, supporting the critical path of Creative & Developer teams.
Brief the Creative team to ensure that all assets are created in due time to deliver our trade plans.
Manage critical path of all site updates from briefing to testing to go live across all markets and supporting testing of emails pre-send.
Briefing onsite navigation updates to Developer team to align with site updates and key trading moments.
Support the Global Commercial Manager in defining online opportunities and tailor packages to the different sites drawing upon trading and sales analysis.
Analyse and identify best customer journey – optimising homepage assets, taxonomy and product categorisation to achieve KPI’s and maximise clicks and conversion.
Reporting on asset performance and using data in order to optimise performance across the 3 sites.
Collaborate with the Global Product Manager to ensure all product launch dates are achieved and all product details are localised for the relevant territory.
Monitor the competition and keep abreast of e-Com innovations to share new ideas and initiatives.
Ensure the sites reflect our brand positioning and represent WS as its flagship store. Understand regional differences and use data to differentiate strategy by market.
Occasional out of hours support to QA site content for major events/product launches.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience of working in an ecommerce environment at a commercial level, preferably gained within fashion or retail (Desirable)
Experience managing a critical path
Skilled using Google Analytics
Strong Excel and numerical skills
A strong level of written and verbal communication
Ability to work as part of a team
