Who you are:

• A Microsoft Excel expert - able to organize and prepare raw data for further analyses and presentations. Accustomed with various techniques involving generation of data plots, creation and application of advanced formulas, usage of data formatting tools, and working with advanced pivot tables. Excellent knowledge of visualization and ability to create clear and relevant data presentations

• Understanding of the UK Integrated Online Tariff

Primary objective of the job:

• Analysis and reporting of carrier performance and costings

• Assisting the Export and Outbound Manager with project related tasks, such as new tenders and Bond

• Support with data entry into Bond environment and data validation

• Classification of goods, using the UK Integrated Online Tariff

What you’ll be doing:

· Reconciling courier and freight forwarder invoices, and analysing for cost comparisons

· Providing commodity codes for products in each season range

· Use carrier portals and reports to manage and track performance

· Streamline shipping and transportation processes. Implement new processes and SOPs where applicable

· Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another

· Analyse and review carrier / customer data, understand connections and recognise the opportunities for process improvement in those connections

· Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to ensure SLAs are met

· Familiar with International delivery process to support the Wholesale dept

· Identifying and processing claims for lost shipments

· Attend carrier monthly review meetings, building relations and sharing feedback
